Day Trip to Mazamitla and Mundo Aventura Eco Park Waterfall
Tour Details
At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your accommodation in Guadalajara and begin our day trip to Mazamitla.
Upon arriving in the magic town of Mazamitla, known as the “Mexican Switzerland,” you'll have 2.5 hours of free time to explore its cobblestone streets, traditional architecture, and the beautiful parish of San Cristobal.
Afterward, we'll break for lunch at a local restaurant where you can enjoy the regional cuisine.
Once refreshed, we'll embark on a 2-hour hike to the waterfall in the Mundo Aventura Ecotourism Park. We’ll walk approximately 2 km (1.2 mi) to reach the waterfall, which stands at an impressive 30 meters (98 feet)! Here, you can relax in the serene natural surroundings or challenge yourself to reach new heights when you go rappelling, climbing, or zip-lining. Are you up for the adventure?
Before concluding the tour, we’ll stop at a cheese factory to sample some local cheeses and learn about their production process, followed by a visit to a local handicraft workshop.
After this enriching experience, we'll head back to Guadalajara, with an expected arrival at the pickup point around 8 hours later.
