Grand Canyon Ticket
The Grand Canyon West ticket includes bus transport and access to the viewpoints.
- Ticket to the Skywalk viewpoint: Entrance to the Skywalk viewpoint: a glass floor walkway hanging on the edge of the canyon. This see-through walkway will make you float at an altitude of 1300 meters (4265 feet) above sea level.
- Ticket to the Eagle Point viewpoint: From this spot, you'll get to enjoy spectacular views of the Grand Canyon.
- Ticket to the Guano Point viewpoint: From this hilltop, you can enjoy some incredible 360-degree views of the Grand Canyon.
- Shuttle Bus Transport: This comfortable means of transport takes you from the Visitor Centre, Eagle Point and Guano Point.
Also, one of the perks is that Grand Canyon West is located just 200 km (124 miles) from downtown Las Vegas, unlike Grand Canyon South, which is more than a 4-hour drive from Sin City.
Grand Canyon Ticket + Lunch
With this option, you'll have the chance to fuel up than with a typical Hualapai lunch. With this ticket option, after you make your own way there, you can eat either at the Hualapai ranch or in the Guano Point restaurant, which is our recommendation, given that you'll be able to soak up the views of Grand Canyon West from this spectacular viewpoint while eating. The traditional menu will consist of beef or chicken, with corn, bread, and a drink.
Helicopter & Boat Ride
During the booking process, you can also opt for the option that includes a helicopter and boat ride. Additionally, you'll have access to the attractions previously described. The most comprehensive option!
- Shuttle bus: this transport will also take you to the take-off point for the helicopter ride.
- Helicopter ride of West Rim: we'll descend down to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. Once we land, we'll go on the boat ride.
- Boat Ride along the Colorado River (16 minutes): this tour along the Colorado River will be the best way to admire the sandstone walls from a whole new perspective! Having finished our boat ride, we'll hop back onto the helicopter, whose descent and ascent will take a total of 14 minutes.
Canyon Schedule
The Grand Canyon West is open daily between 8 am and sunset, which varies depending on the time of year. The shuttle buses run every 5-8 minutes.
For the helicopter ride, you must arrive 30 minutes before the departure from the Grand Canyon West terminal.
Grand Canyon Day Trip from Las Vegas
If you're staying in Las Vegas and would prefer to be taken to the Grand Canyon instead of making your own way there, we recommend reserving this day trip to the Grand Canyon.
