This ticket includes access to the viewpoints, with the bus leaving from the Visitors Centre to these different points, a helicopter tour, and a cruise on the Colorado River. This ticket really has everything!
- Eagle Point: An excellent viewpoint taking in the arid landscapes of the Grand Canyon. Here you can find the famous Grand Canyon Skywalk Viewpoint (optional ticket). If you reserve the Skywalk, you'll have to queue up upon arrival, so we recommend getting to the Grand Canyon before 10 am.
- Guano Point: A rocky outcrop from where you can get some incredible panoramic views of the Grand Canyon gorges.
- Hualapai Ranch: You can enjoy the restaurant on your own, located on the right-hand side of the Grand Canyon car park.
- Shuttle Bus: From the Grand Canyon West Visitor Centre you can take this shuttle, included in your ticket, which will take you directly to Eagle Point, Guano Point and the take-off point of the helicopter ride.
- Lunch in a Grand Canyon West Restaurant: This meal includes a dish of either beef or chicken, corn, bread, and a drink.
- West Rim Helicopter Ride: We'll head down to the bottom of the Grand Canyon, and once there begin our cruise.
- Cruise on the Colorado River: This is a 16-minute boat tour of the Colorado River, where you'll appreciate the high walls of the gorge from a totally different perspective. And with the cruise over, we'll head back to the helicopter to return to the upper part of the canyon. The helicopter ride lasts a total of 14 minutes.
Also, as a bonus, Grand Canyon West is located a mere 124 miles (200 km) from downtown Las Vegas, unlike Grand Canyon South, which is more than a 4-hour drive from Sin City.
Schedule
You can visit the Grand Canyon West from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and sunset, which varies depending on the time of year. The shuttle buses run every 5 to 8 minutes.
Regarding the helicopter ride, you must be at the Grand Canyon West terminal 30 minutes before departure.
