Do you know about food and dance in southern Brazil? This gaucha meal with a folkloric show will allow you to discover the musical and food culture in the southernmost part of Brazil.
Description
We'll collect you at the scheduled time from your hotel, and from there, we'll make our way to the famous Churrascaria Garfo e Bombacha, where a special evening awaits us.
Once we've arrived at the restaurant, we'll be welcomed with a chimarrão, an infusion of yerba mate which forms part of the deep-rooted culture in southern Brazil. This drink is of indigenous origin and is served in a convex-shaped pumpkin.
After this warm welcome, we'll make our way to the dining room, where we'll enjoy a delicious buffet-style meal. The house speciality is grilled meat. We'll be able to taste different cuts and roasts, as well as some irresistible ribs. We'll also be able to choose between a wide variety of salads and desserts.
During the meal, we'll also enjoy a folkloric show where different interpretive dances from Rio Grande do Sul will be performed. And all this will be accompanied by amazing typical music which is a mix of Argentine and Uruguayan styles—this is an authentic gaucha experience!
Once the show has ended, we'll return to the hotels, where this activity will come to an end after 3 hours in total.
