Trinidade is home to the world's only basilica dedicated to the Divine Eternal Father with an extraordinary temple and rich history to explore. We'll pick you up from your hotel in Goiânia and kick off our journey to these awe-inspiring sites!
After a quick 1-hour ride, we'll come to the Mother Church of the Divine Eternal Father, a Redemptorist creation inaugurated in 1912.
As the oldest sanctuary in Trinidade, the site also features a clock and bells imported from Germany. As we explore the temple, we'll discuss the history of the profound devotion to the Holy Trinity in this region of Brazil, which accounts for the presence of two sanctuaries dedicated to the Eternal Father.
Following that, we'll continue to the Divine Eternal Father Basilica, a title given during the papacy of Benedict XVI. Inside, we'll admire its stained glass windows, and sacred art, and learn about the various renovations that have shaped this religious monument.
After an immersive and informative tour of both religious sites, we'll bring you back to your hotel in Goiânia, 4 hours after pickup.
