What's in the Aquarium

Designed by architect Renzo Piano and engineer Peter Chermayeff, the Aquarium has expanded and evolved over the years, with new tanks and exhibition rooms having been added at various stages. Today, it has more than 70 ecosystems and is home to more than 12,000 animals belonging to around 600 species.

Admire dolphins, sharks, penguins, turtles, jellyfish, and more while walking through environments that faithfully reproduce natural habitats.
