We'll pick you up from your hotel at the arranged time and head to a restaurant in Funchal ready to try the island's delicious cuisine. Thanks to Madeira's fishing and livestock tradition, its cuisine is characterised by a great variety of fish (tuna, cod or grouper) and meat traditionally cooked on the grill.
Our menu will consist of espetada, skewers of diced meat, accompanied by garlic bread and a typical dessert from the area. The islanders usually eat this meal during the regional festivities of Madeira - you'll love it!
To fully immerse yourself in the island's culture, you'll watch a folkloric dance show. Listen to melancholic melodies and marvel the traditional costumes of colourful striped skirts whipping to the rhythm of tambourines, lutes and braguinhas.
