Setting off from the jetty in the center of Frankfurt, we will begin a fantastic boat trip along the beautiful Main River that runs through Frankfurt.
Frankfurt is the financial center of Europe and is famous for its skyline, the variety of museums that line the banks of the river (Museumsufer), and St. Paul's Church (Paulskirche) - a desecrated shrine that now hosts exhibitions and events. During the hour-long cruise, you will learn all about the principle landmarks that you can see from the boat and the fascinating history of Frankfurt by listening to recorded commentary in English.
The boat ride in Frankfurt will let you enjoy the best views of the city whilst drifting under its fantastic bridges. You will admire the beautiful medieval buildings of the medieval quarter next to the River Main, which was rebuilt after being bombed during World War II. You will also see the spectacular skyline of the modern financial district.
The Main River cruise ends when we return to the original departure point.
