Beginners' Diving Experience
When you book your first dive, you'll have two options depending on whether you want to do just one dive or if you prefer two. For both, we'll meet at the time of your choice at Rúa Manuel Murguía in Foz and finish at the same point.
Single Dive (1 hour)
If you have never experienced what it feels like to breathe underwater, this experience is perfect for you. After receiving a brief theoretical introduction on how to use the equipment and the basic techniques, we'll go to a confined water area.
Once there, we'll make a 45-minute dive. You'll have the opportunity to dive in search of the marine flora and fauna of Foz. We're sure to see a lot of fish!
Double Dive (2 hours 30 minutes)
If you think that a single dive isn't going to be enough, a second session will help you to get a better idea of the wonders of diving. If you choose this option, we'll also do a first dive in confined water so that you can get used to handling the regulator and the rest of the equipment.
For the second session, we'll go into the Cantabrian Sea to explore the sea bed of this area of Galicia. You'll discover that diving is much easier than you think.
