When making your reservation, you can choose between two options. Both include hotel pick up and drop off, transport by car or minibus, and an English-speaking guide. You can have a look at the details of each option below:
Half-day tour (4 hours)
We'll leave the city of Foz do Iguaçu and head into the rainforest in search of five hidden waterfalls, some of which even have natural jacuzzis where we can take a hydro-massage bath!
Our hike will follow two trails to enjoy the beauty of the Iguazu National Park. On the various trails, we'll see tree species such as the perobá, the palo rosa, or the palmetto. We'll learn many interesting facts about the animals of this region and discover places unknown even to the locals. Did you know that there are over 30 waterfalls in the vicinity of Foz do Iguaçu?
Full-day tour (9 hours)
After picking you up from your hotel, we'll venture into the jungle in search of 10 secret falls. The waterfalls we'll be visiting are part of the Carimã and Tamanduá rivers and we'll reach them by following a 4.3 kilometers trail full of subtropical vegetation.
Halfway along the way, we'll stop at the Camping Internacional for a buffet lunch with homemade food cooked in a wood oven. On Sundays, it includes barbecued ribs. After refueling, we'll continue our tour as we try to spot waterfall swifts, toucans, and coatis.
Tour schedules
The schedules for each option are as follows:
- Half-day tour: pickup between 7:30 am and 8:30 am, and between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm
- Full-day tour: pickup between 7:30 am and 8:30 am
The tour includes pickup at all hotels in Foz do Iguaçu, with the exception of the Belmond Hotel das Cataratas. If you're staying there, we'll contact you to let you know the time you should be at the entrance of the Iguaçu National Park.
