Tuscan Cooking Class and Dinner
We'll meet at 4:40 pm at the corner of via Cavour and via Venezia, where an assistant will be waiting for you to accompany you to the cooking workshop where we'll prepare authentic Tuscan recipes.
Once in the kitchen, we'll get down to work preparing the meal with the help of a professional chef, while learning the secrets of traditional Tuscan cuisine. We'll use organic ingredients to prepare a complete menu consisting of a starter, first and second course and, of course, a dessert.
The dishes we'll prepare will depend on the season and the day of the week, but there will be no shortage of traditional recipes such as aubergine parmesan, potato tortelli, gnocchi with pesto or ricotta ravioli. The main courses will be chicken, turkey or veal, always cooked in the Tuscan way, and for dessert, you'll learn how to make a delicious typical dessert such as tiramisu, caprese tart or ricotta cake.
Once the preparation is finished, we'll sit at the table to enjoy our creations accompanied by Tuscan wine, your dishes are sure to be delicious!
The experience will end at around 8 pm.
