At the designated time, we'll meet at the Santa Maria Novella train station to board a bus that will take us from Florence to the Chianti Valley, in the province of Siena.
Once we reach our destination, we will be surrounded by the green hills of Chianti to visit a local farm. As we walk through its vineyards we'll learn about the processing of the grapes in the area. Then, we'll participate in a tasting of 3 wines, accompanied by local products such as salami or olive oil. You'll surely love it!
We'll return to the vehicle and make our way to our next destination: a traditional town in the region. Although the place we visit will vary depending on the season and availability, it will always be a charming Chianti village. As soon as we arrive, we'll visit a winery, where we'll have another tasting, this time consisting of this wine cellar's specialities, paired with some exquisite local products. Afterwards, if you've particularly liked some of the wines, you can buy a bottle or two here, as well as regional products.
The tour will come to an end back at the starting point, where we'll arrive after a total of 6 hours.
