Bob Marley, Dunn's River Falls & Luminous Lagoon Tour
Bob Marley, Dunn's River Falls & Luminous Lagoon Tour
We'll pick you up at 9 am from your hotel or the Falmouth cruise port and head east of the island to begin this tour with a visit to one of Jamaica's natural wonders.
After an hour's journey, we'll reach this tropical paradise and step out into the Jamaican Jungle. The turquoise waters of the Dunn's River Falls cascade down to form a natural pool. Erosion has caused natural steps to form- are you up for climbing them? At the top of the waterfall, we'll enjoy a delicious lunch before continuing on our tour.
After lunch, we'll head to Nine Mile, the village where the iconic reggae star Bob Marley was born. We'll get the chance to visit the house where he grew up and the mausoleum where his body rests. Our next stop will be the Luminous Lagoon, but before we set off we'll make a stop to get some dinner in a charming restaurant overlooking the sea.
When the sun sets we'll hop on a boat to cruise the Luminous Lagoon. You'll feel like we're sailing through the stars thanks to the microorganisms that give off light when they move. Will you be brave enough to dive into these magical waters?
At 8:30 pm we'll drop you back at your hotel or the cruise port in Falmouth after a very full, exciting day.
