At the appointed time, we'll meet at the Life Caffè Bronte, the starting point of our pistachio tour. What better place to discover this nut than the most famous town in Europe where it's grown, let's get started!
Once we're all here, we'll head towards a pistachio forest on Etna, located inside a lateral crater of the volcano and not far from Bronte. Here we'll learn all the secrets of this D.O.P. product, which is the base of many local recipes, both sweet and savory. Did you know it's often referred to as green gold?
We'll take a walk through this plantation, where we'll also have the opportunity to buy some pistachio products. Afterward, we'll continue walking along the side slope of Etna to admire the surrounding landscapes.
After the visit, which will last about 2 hours, we'll return to the town to continue with the most awaited moment of the tour, a tasting of pistachio products! We'll taste an arancino, a dessert and an ice cream, as well as a drink.
Finally, after the tasting, we'll say goodbye after a total of 3.5 hours of experience.
