Description
We'll meet at the Monumental Flag at the Port of Ensenada to go to a pleasant open-air place where we'll immerse ourselves in the interesting world of mezcal and tequila, Mexico's most famous beverages.
We'll start the experience with a tasting of three mezcals of the espadín variety. You'll discover their different flavours and aromatic subtleties, as well as the particularities that make them unique.
Next, we'll taste three types of tequila: blanco, añejo and reposado. You'll learn the differences between them and experience their characteristic flavours. An expert will guide you through each of these varieties, highlighting their nuances.
To accompany this sensory experience in Ensenada, we'll enjoy a delicious ceviche prepared on the spot. The freshness of the ingredients in this recipe will bring out the flavours of the mezcal and tequila even more.
At the end of the activity, which will last between 2 and 2.5 hours, you'll be able to tell the difference between mezcal and tequila and appreciate the story behind each bottle!
