Zuiderzee Museum Ticket
Can you imagine what life was like in Holland 100 years ago? At the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen, you'll discover the world of crafts and traditions of the Netherlands at the beginning of the 20th century.
The Zuiderzee Museum is a real open-air museum with 140 houses, shops and buildings housing workshops for candle making, basket making, rope making and other crafts. As you wander around, you'll see how a traditional Dutch mill works and taste smoked herring made in a typical fish factory.
As you walk through the streets of this reconstructed village, you'll be able to see people in the typical costumes of the time, with their characteristic clogs, and children playing old Dutch games. You'll feel like you've travelled back in time!
In addition, your ticket includes a 10-minute ferry ride from the main museum pavilion.
Opening hours
The Zuiderzee Museum is open daily between 10 am and 5 pm. However, please note that these times are flexible and subject to change.
