At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the Linaje del Pago wineries to begin this free tour of the wine in El Sauzal. Did you know Tenerife is one of the most unique locations in the world in terms of its wine-making culture?

We'll stroll around these vineyards and discover how vine cultivation reached the Canary Islands in the 15th century. This wine became known in all the European courts and was even praised by William Shakespeare.

Next, we'll continue this tour by visiting the Linaje del Pago wineries, learning all the secrets involved in the production process of their wines. After touring the winery and its traditional barrel rooms, we'll make our way to the tasting rooms to discover the wide variety of wines available.

After an hour and half, we'll bring this free tour to an end, and from there, you'll be able to enjoy an optional Canary Island wine and cheese tasting.
