El Rompido Bike Tour

We'll meet at the indicated time in the car park of the El Faro Shopping Centre to start our bike tour of El Rompido.

We'll cycle to the Paraje Natural Marismas del Río Piedras; unique landscape that extends from the mouth of the Río Piedras river, made up of marshes and a sandy formation called the Flecha del Rompido (Arrow of Rompido).

Phoenicians, Romans and Muslims colonised these coasts, leaving behind fascinating archaeological remains. As well as discover the incredible landscapes of dunes and marshes, we'll see a number of indigenous birds, fish and molluscs that coexist in this protected area of land.

At the end of the tour we'll make our way back to the starting point.

La actividad fue genial! Un paseíto muy ameno, la mayor parte es plana y solo tiene una cuestecita, el chico fue muy majo y contaba muchas curiosidades del entorno, en definitiva aquello era un mini Doñana! Destacar que llevéis agua, pero el chico nos dio una botellita de agua que fue gloria bendita. Otra cosa a destacar es el buen gusto por la comida que tenía Leo que nos recomendó un chiringuito de la zona realmente bueno! Me encanto el tour y muy buenas bicis. Mi compañero ta está de acuerdo! The activity was great! A very pleasant walk, most of it is flat and only has a small hill, the boy was very nice and told many curiosities of the environment, in short, that was a mini Doñana!
