We'll begin by strolling along the Guadalete River's banks, as we discuss its crucial role in the trade between Spain and the New World. As we continue we'll come to admire El Puerto de Santa Maria's iconic sites, like the old pier, and fish market, as well as delve into historical ducal and royal customs of the past.
Next, we'll head to the Iglesia Mayor Prioral in Plaza de España. This temple sits atop the city, built during the dukes of Medinaceli's peak, just like the other grand structures in the vicinity.
Finally, we'll enter the Aranibar Palace, the oldest house of shippers to the Indies preserved in El Puerto.
