Vejer and Conil de la Frontera Tour
At the indicated time, we'll depart by bus from El Puerto de Santa Maria to the interior of the province of Cadiz. Are you ready to enjoy the white villages of Cadiz?
The first stop will be Vejer de la Frontera, where we'll take a walking tour of this town that belongs to the prestigious Association of the Most Beautiful Villages of Spain. We'll learn about Vejer's extensive history by visiting the picturesque Plaza de España and the Church of the Divino Salvador, which combines Gothic and Mudejar styles.
Then, we'll continue the tour in Conil de la Frontera, a charming Andalusian fishing village that enjoyed great prestige in the times of the Ancient Roman Empire due to the strategic location of its port. We'll discover its history by visiting the Interpretation and Documentation Center of the Sea, Tuna, and Tuna Fisheries. Plus, we'll climb the Tower of Guzman, which was part of Conil's old castle. The views from the top are incredible!
Finally, we'll leave Conil de la Frontera to return to El Puerto de Santa Maria after a 7-8 hour excursion.
