Visit one of Spain's most important wineries with our Osborne Winery Guided Tour. You'll explore the winery and learn all about its history, as well as tasting its famous sherries.

Osborne Winery Guided Tour

At your chosen time, we'll meet outside the entrance to the Osborne Winery in El Puerto de Santa María. When making your booking, you'll be able to choose between two options. Both activities last 1 hour 30 minutes.

Winery Tour

We'll head inside Osborne Winery and learn all about the origins of sherry wine. As we stroll through the different rooms, we'll discuss the ageing process of sherry, which has Jerez as the Denomination of Origin, VORS and Sherry brandy. We'll also talk about the history of Osborne Winery and their unmistakable icon, the Osborne bull, which can be seen all over Spain.

To end our tour, we'll taste four different sherries accompanied by savoury snacks.

Winery Tour + Tapas

After visiting the winery's different facilities and rooms, you'll attend a tasting session of four different sherries accompanied by Cinco Jotas 100% acorn-fed ham and loin. Delicious!

La visita guiada es muy interesante. La historia de la familia, de los distintos tipos de vino, de la importancia de tonel o bota, la historia de la imagen del toro, todo muy bien explicado por María. La cata es de 5 vinos de la casa. Las tapas un tanto escasas para el precio que pagas. En mi caso un plato de jamón, eso sí riquísimo, pero eso no vale lo que pagas. Translate this opinion into English.

The guided tour is very interesting. The history of the family, the different types of wine, the importance of the barrel or cask, the history of the image of the bull, all very well explained by Maria. The tasting is of 5 house wines. Merece la pena realizar esta visita. Nos dieron a conocer cómo se hace el vino de Jerez con muchas de sus peculiaridades y curiosidades que se esconden en sus bodegas. La visita fue muy bien. Interesante y bien explicada. No aconsejó para nada la opción de visita con tapas de lomo y jamón ibérico. El jamón y el lomo parecen de sobre y cuesta despegarlo para comérselo. Pagar 25 € extra por persona por eso es excesivo. Translate this opinion into English.
