Tour Details
We'll meet at the Mirador Oficial del Volcán Tajogaite at the designated time to begin our walk towards Casa La Resistencia. On this journey, we'll cross a landscape transformed by nature, where we'll get to know the history of a house that survived against all odds.
From our meeting point, we'll go on a 1.5-kilometre (0.93-mile) trek that will take us to discover the eruption's devastation up close and the incredible history of how this house, buried under metres of ash, managed to stay intact.
Throughout the walk, we'll explain how these moments of anguish were experienced, and the determination of the affected area. Once we arrive, we'll get to know the house that has become a symbol of resistance and hope. You'll be amazed!
Lastly, we'll return to our initial starting point and say our goodbyes after a total of 2 to 2.5 hours.
