We'll pick you up at the time indicated from your hotel in El Calafate and drive to the outskirts of the city, where the La Usina farm, the site for our special night of stargazing, is located.
During the drive, along the legendary Provincial Route 11, we'll enjoy beautiful views of Lake Argentino and the Andes Mountains. Upon arrival at the farm, we'll take a tour to learn about the history, customs and traditions of rural life in Argentina in the purest gaucho style.
After this guided tour, we'll recharge our batteries with a delicious dinner. The menu includes a free pasta buffet: long pasta, lasagna, ravioli and gnocchi. All accompanied by the best sauces, such as four cheese, white sauce or bolognese. It also includes a homemade dessert and, as a drink, you can choose a bottle of wine for every two people, or a soft drink or mineral water per person.
After dinner, we'll watch a short 15-minute introduction to astronomy. With our new knowledge of the skies, it's time to get hands-on! Are you ready to observe the stars and other celestial bodies? Using a telescope, we'll identify the Milky Way and various nebulae and constellations.
At the end of this amazing astronomical observation experience, we'll return to your hotel in El Calafate, where the expected arrival time is midnight.
