Cristina Ranch Horse Ride
Description
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in El Calafate before driving by minibus to the dock at Punta Bandera.
When we arrive, we'll begin a boat ride along the Upsala channel. We'll disembark at the Estancia Cristina ranch, where the horses will be waiting for us. After a brief lesson on how to ride these friendly animals, we'll set off on our equestrian adventure.
Crossing the valleys, with the majestic Cerro Norte mountain on the horizon, we'll ride to the idyllic Laguna Pearson. We pause here for a while, so you can enjoy lunch consisting of meat, sandwiches, a brownie, water, and a glass of wine. We also provide a vegetarian option - a veggie sandwich with seeded bread.
After regaining our strength, we'll return to the stables to visit the ranch's Costumbrista Museum. At 5:30 pm, we'll return to the pier and take the boat back to Punta Bandera.
Our activity finishes when we drop you back at your hotel in El Calafate about 12.5 hours after pickup.
