Game of Thrones Tour
Description
Follow your local English-speaking guide and big fan of Game of Thrones on this unique walking tour of the main areas of Dubrovnik, which were chosen by the Game of Thrones team to set some of the most important scenes of the capital of the Seven Kingdoms: King’s Landing.
We'll meet at the indicated time in the heart of Dubrovnik to kick off our tour of the city where the international hit series "Game of Thrones" was filmed! Alongside our knowledgeable guide, a huge show fan, we'll visit the key filming sites in the city. All chosen by the HBO fiction team, they set the scene for the capital of the Seven Kingdoms, King's Landing.
For the next 2 hours, we'll stroll through the streets patrolled by King’s Landing City Watch. You'll recognize the location from where the Lannisters say goodbye to Princess Myrcella when she departs for Dorne and the place where the mob attacks Joffrey on his return to Redfort. Next, we'll visit Fort Lovrijenac, also known as St Lawrence bastion, where the scene of the Joffrey's nameday tourney was filmed. Afterward, you’ll marvel at the beautiful city walls upon which Lord Petry Baelish, Varys, or Tyrion have revealing conversations and plan their next steps and alliances.
Climb the elegant staircase that leads to the Great Sept of Baelor. This is where King Tommen demands to speak with the High Sparrow and the same staircase that Queen Cersei descends when…we don’t want to give anything away.
Then, after 2 hours of touring King's Landing, or better said, Dubrovnik, we'll bring this Game of Thrones tour to an end.
