Dublin Food Tour
Dublin Food Tour
Are the indicated time we’ll meet at the historic Trinity College ready to start this tasty tour of Dublin. We’ll take a stroll around the town exploring various historic pubs, and enjoy classic home-cooked Irish dishes as well as discover secret hidden gems including a local speakeasy!
Our first stop will be to taste the famous traditional Irish potato cake also known as Irish farl. They’re made from dry-fried dough of mashed potato and flour and make a tasty breakfast food! Are you still peckish? Then we’ll continue on to sample some locally smoked salmon served on freshly baked soda bread. This bread is an Irish staple made from buttermilk and baking soda - hence the name- which acts as the rising agent instead of yeast.
Then we’ll move on to a traditional Irish pub to try a delicious Irish stew. Here of course to wash it all down you can enjoy a drink as well.
Finally, as the icing on the cake to this tour we'll enjoy artisanal ice cream to sample the best of the best of Irish dairy. But that's not all as we'll also enjoy a secret dish.
After about three hours of treating your taste buds to the best of Dublin's food scene, you'll say goodbye to your guide.
