All you need is an unlocked phone, and we'll take care of the rest. When you pick up the SIM card from the shop at Dubai Airport, we'll activate it for you, and you can start using the internet—it's that quick and easy!
Options
When booking, you can choose one of the following options:
- 24-hour card: with this card, you'll be able to use the internet for 24 hours with 10GB of mobile data
- 4GB card: this 28-day card includes 4GB of mobile data and 30 minutes of local and international calls
- 6GB card: this 28-day card includes 6GB of mobile data and 30 minutes of local and international calls
- 10GB card: this 28-day card includes 10GB for using the Internet and 60 minutes of local and international calls
- 13GB card: this 28-day card includes 13GB for using the Internet and 120 minutes of local and international calls
- 22.5GB card: in this case, you'll have 28 days to enjoy the 22.5GB of Internet data and 525 minutes of local and international calls
- 7-day card with unlimited gigabytes: you'll have unlimited use of the Internet during the 7 days of validity of the card. During this period, you'll also have 100 minutes of local and international calls
- 14-day card with unlimited gigabytes: this card will give you unlimited use of the Internet for 14 days. During this period, you'll also have 300 minutes of local and international calls
Pickup Info
You can pick up your SIM card from the Etisalat store counter in the arrival areas of Terminals 1, 2 and 3 at Dubai International Airport. The counters are open 24 hours a day.
Restrictions
The UAE regulations restrict the use of VoIP services, limiting communication options to text-based services such as WhatsApp and Viber. Currently, video and voice call functions within these applications are not allowed.
Please note that only one SIM card can be issued per passport of a person over 18 years of age.
