At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Dubai to start an excursion to the ghost town of Al Madam that includes dune bashing, sandboarding, and enjoying the sunset in the desert – all in one day!
First, we'll head to Al Madam, a small town 37 miles (60 km) from Dubai that was abandoned for strange reasons... Find out what happened on the tour! Upon arrival, we'll find empty houses, stores, and mosques that are half-buried by sand.
We'll hear stories and legends about this ghost village while admiring the remains of what was once a place full of life. After learning about the effects of the desert on Al Madam, we'll continue the excursion and do some adrenaline-pumping activities!
Our first activity will be dune bashing, an activity where a professional driver will drive at full speed through the desert. Then, we'll get off the vehicles and continue the adventure by going sandboarding. Plus, to make this moment even more special, we'll see how the colors of the sunset begin to tint the landscape in gold.
Finally, we'll return to your hotel and end the excursion after 6 hours.
