Shimba Hills Safari
Description
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Diani or Mombasa at the designated time and drive to the Shimba Hills Nature Reserve. Camera ready, the animals are waiting for us!
After about an hour's drive, we'll arrive at Shimba Hills and go on safari in this beautifully charming reserve. Along the way, we'll see some of the animals that live in this area, such as elephants, giraffes, antelopes and buffaloes, which are priceless to see in their natural habitat!
We'll walk through the Shimba Hills for the whole morning, stopping at strategic places so that you can admire the fauna and flora in the most peaceful way possible.
To recharge your batteries, we'll enjoy a full lunch of rice, fish, seafood and fruit at a restaurant in the park. With our appetites satisfied, we'll continue exploring Shimba Hills and head to the Sheldrick Waterfall, one of the most spectacular corners of the reserve.
You'll have free time to enjoy the waterfall and swim in its pools. After this refreshing break, we'll leave Shimba Hills and head back to the lodge in Diani or Mombasa. The safari will end at approximately 5 pm.
