Kekova Island Boat Tour
At 10 am, we'll meet at the port of Demre. From there we'll climb aboard a boat that will depart at 10:30 am and take us on an excursion to the island of Kekova, one of the hidden gems of Turkey.
In just one hour, we'll arrive at the port of Kalekoy, where we'll leave you half an hour of free time to stroll around this ancient city. Afterward, we'll return to the boat and travel to Simena Castle, where you'll have a little over an hour to visit this fortress at your own pace. You'll also discover the submerged remains of Mediterranean cities that were destroyed by volcanic eruptions in the 2nd century.
At 1:30 pm, we'll head to our next stop, Gokkaya Bay, where you can take a refreshing dip in its crystal clear waters. After you've worked up an appetite, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch including a main course, salad and dessert.
With our batteries recharged, we'll make our way to Pirates Cave and Karemlik Bay, known for its turtles.
At the end of the activity, we will return to Demre Harbor, arriving at 5 pm.
