The Tunupa restaurant has a terrace that offers beautiful views of the Plaza de Armas. Please note that in order to reserve a table on the terrace, your group cannot exceed 4 people.
Menus
At the time of booking, you can choose one of the following menus. The menus include a pisco drink and a tea. Other drinks are not included.
Menu 1
- Tunupa Russian Salad: avocado mayonnaise, pickled vegetables, and confit potatoes
- Tunupa Trout: trout, cream corn, chimichurri, and capers
- Andean Cheesecake: cream cheese and vanilla cookie
Menu 2
- Causa de trucha (trout and potato savory cake): trout tartar, yellow potato, and capers
- Pesto Rigatoni: panko breaded chicken, basil pesto, and essence of parmesan
- Chocolate Cake: bitter chocolate, chocolate bundt cake, and hot chocolate
Menu 3
- Lawa de maíz (Peruvian corn soup): corn, seasonal mushrooms, fresh cheese and Andean herbs
- Pepper steak: alpaca fillet, pepper sauce, straw potatoes, and arugula
- Frutillada cusqueña (Peruvian fruit drink): strawberry, strawberry mousse, and frutillada
Vegetarian Menu
- Choice of Entree: pickle salad, solterito de quinoa (quinoa salad), or lawa de altura (Peruvian cream corn soup)
- Choice of Main Course: vegetable tempura, legume stir-fry, or crispy grilled tofu with a touch of ginger and grated turnip
- Choice of Dessert: fruit salad, yuyachaq (yuca pudding), or grilled pineapple with vanilla ice cream
