Cusco Food Tour
Cusco Food Tour
After picking you up from your hotel at 9 am, we'll set off by minibus to the historic centre of Cusco, ready to begin discovering the flavours of Peruvian cuisine.
Throughout the tour, we'll walk around some of the most important places of interest in Cusco, like the San Blas district, known as the artists' neighbourhood. We'll also enter the Mercado Central de San Pedro, one of the most popular markets in the city.
Exploring the market, we'll see the different food stalls and discover typical Peruvian ingredients from fruits and vegetables to meats and cheeses.
We'll then get to taste one of the most typical delicacies of Cusco. The food will depend on the day, so you might try the famous grilled chicken according to Roger Schuler's recipe, roasted guinea pig or traditional Peruvian ceviche. Whatever the dish of the day is, you're sure to love it!
Our food tour of Cusco will come to an end at the market at 12:30 pm.
