Join us on this 3-day trip from Cusco to Salar de Uyuni, one of Bolivia's most impressive landscapes. Explore La Paz, El Alto, and the world's largest salt flat!

Tour Details

Day 1: Night Bus from Cusco to Puno

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to make our way to the terminal where we'll take a night bus to Puno, on the coast of Lake Titicaca. We'll then comfortably travel for 7 hours on a bus with reclining seats.

Day 2: Puno – La Paz – Uyuni

Once we arrive in Puno in the morning, you'll have a few hours to rest, grab some breakfast at the terminal's cafe, or use the bathrooms and showers available. Then, we'll take a sightseeing bus that will set out for La Paz on an 8-hour journey.

In La Paz, you'll have a free afternoon to explore the Bolivian capital and El Alto. The perfect way to discover the culture and local life! At night, we'll take a sleeper bus with 160° reclinable seats to Uyuni on a 10-hour journey.

Day 3: Salar de Uyuni

Upon arriving at Uyuni in the morning, we'll take you to a cafe where you can have breakfast and use the restrooms and showers at your disposal. If needed, we can recommend a hostel for you to stay in until the tour begins.

After resting for a few hours, we'll pick you up to visit the Train Cemetery, where we'll explore for about 1 and a half hours. Next, we'll head toward the village of Colchani to access the Salar de Uyuni salt flat. Along the way, you'll come across some artisanal workshops and a small-scale rustic table salt processor.

Continuing our trip, we'll see Ojos del Salar and the Hotel Sal de Playa Blanca, which operates as a museum. Afterward, the Isla Incahuasi awaits us, where we'll see marine rock fossils and giant cacti

After enjoying a spectacular sunset in the salt flat, we'll return to the town of Uyuni. Our tour will conclude at the bus station or your drop-off location in the town after a 9-hour tour of this lovely site.

Additional Info

This tour includes a pickup service in Cusco's historical center. If your hotel is outside this designated area, we'll meet you at the Terminal Terrestre Cusco, located at Avenida de la Vía de Evitamiento, 429.

Please note that the bus from Cusco to Puno departs at 10 pm. At the end of the tour, we recommend either staying in the town of Uyuni or reserving a bus back to Cusco that departs after 8 pm.
