Ecuadorian Cooking Class
Description
At the indicated time we'll pick you up from your hotel and take you to the place where we'll start this Ecuadorian cooking class. Are you ready for an authentic journey through Ecuador's typical food? Let's go!
To begin our culinary experience, we'll visit a market where we'll select fresh ingredients directly from the local farmers. Once we've acquired the foods needed for the cooking class, we'll go to the home of a welcoming local family, where we'll learn some of Cuena's traditional recipes.
Once we enter the kitchen, the magic will begin! The chef will guide us through the culinary process, and we'll prepare delicious dishes such as locro de papas (potato soup), seco de pollo (chicken stew), empanadas or fritadas. Vegetarian options are also available!
The best thing of all? When we finish the Ecuadorian cooking class, we'll sit at the table and taste the most typical flavours of the country's gastronomy. What a delight!
We'll finish the activity by taking you back to your hotel in Cuenca, where we'll say goodbye 3 hours later.
