Creel Forest Jeep Tour
Activity Details
At the designated time, we’ll pick you up from your hotel in Creel and set off on this thrilling jeep tour. Our first stop is the Valleys of the Mushrooms, Monks, and Frogs, where we’ll explore fascinating rock formations shaped by nature over millions of years.
Next, we'll head to the Continental Divide viewpoint for panoramic views over the Conchos River and surrounding mountains. Next up is Lake Arareco, a beautiful spot with crystal-clear waters framed by dense pine forests. Here, we’ll see Elephant Rock, an iconic natural formation that looks like a massive elephant carved by nature.
Our journey continues to the spectacular Cusárare Waterfall, which plunges 40 meters (131 feet) into a lush forest. We’ll take a short 30-minute hike through the surrounding woods, breathing in the fresh mountain air and enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature.
To top off the adventure, we’ll have a gourmet picnic in a secluded forest spot. Choose from fish ceviche, a chicken or turkey ham sandwich, or a vegetarian salad, all served with fresh fruit, chips, and a bottle of your choice of white or red wine—an indulgent break in the heart of nature!
After this refreshing pause, we’ll make our way back to Creel, stopping along the way at viewpoints to capture this incredible landscape.
Finally, we’ll return to your hotel in Creel after 5.5 hours of adventure, with unforgettable memories and photos of the Sierra Tarahumara’s spectacular scenery.
