Taco Workshop & Tequila Tasting in Cozumel
Taco Workshop Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at the 2.9-mile (4.8-kilometer) mark on Costera Sur Road to enjoy this flavorful activity that will show you the true colors of Mexican culture.
We'll kick off this workshop with a practical class where you'll learn how to prepare three types of delicious tacos: crispy dorado tacos, also known as taquitos, covered in tomato sauce, sour cream, and cheese; the famous cochinita pibil tacos, served with chopped onion; and of course, the unbeatable tacos de guisado, the true king of tacos.
Now, the moment you have been waiting for! Are you ready to taste your creation? Each bite will transport you to the heart of Mexican culture! You'll also have the chance to pair this tasty food with Mexico's emblematic drink by taking part in a tequila tasting, where you'll learn how to distinguish and taste the different varieties of this distilled beverage.
After this 2.5-hour workshop where we have explored the flavors, aromas, and textures that make Mexican cuisine one of the most delicious and diverse worldwide, we'll say our goodbyes and conclude the activity.
