Costa Adeje Beginners Scuba Diving Lesson
Description
At your chosen time, we'll meet on Calle las Artes in La Caleta de Costa Adeje. Let's explore Southern Tenerife's seabed!
First, we'll get kitted out in our scuba diving equipment, from the flippers to the scuba tank. We'll tell you the role that each piece of equipment has, how to use underwater communication signals, and some safety rules that you'll need to follow during the lesson.
We'll walk to the shore and head into the La Caleta de Adeje protected nature reserve. You'll be accompanied by the instructor who'll help you throughout the lesson so you can enjoy the activity and observe the marine life safely. During your scuba diving lesson, you'll see numerous fish, manta rays, and many different plant species.
After 1.5 - 2 hours of fun, you'll receive your beginner's scuba diving certificate and we'll say our goodbyes back at the starting point.
Important to note
After the dive, you should wait at least 12 hours before boarding a plane or going to high-altitude areas.
