Lobos Island Ferry Trip
Lobos Island Ferry Trip
You'll set sail from the port of Corralejo, located in the north of Fuerteventura, at the chosen time aboard a ferry to Lobos Island. The crossing takes only 20 minutes! The journey will cross the Bocaina, the strait that separates the north of Fuerteventura from the south of Lanzarote.
Once you arrive at your destination, you'll have 1-4 hours of free time to explore Lobos Island at your leisure, depending on the departure and return times you select. Lobos Island is a small virgin island over 6 kilometres squared. Both this tiny island territory and its coastal area are part of the Natural Park of Lobos Island.
Additionally, please note that your ticket includes the permit processing required to visit Lobos Island.
Despite its small size, this protected environmental area is home to over one hundred plant species and a large colony of birds. The herring gulls, bustards and Cory's shearwaters are particularly noteworthy.
If you enjoy walking, we recommend the hiking route that leads to the top of La Caldera de Lobos, the highest hill on the island. A swim at La Concha Beach or a delicious paella at El Puertito de Lobos are two other great alternatives you can enjoy on the island.
Ticket Without Permit Processing
This option does not include the permit processing required to visit Isla de Lobos. You'll need to request it for free on the Cabildo website: lobospass.com
To do so, you must submit the request at least 5 days before your visit to Isla de Lobos.
