Standard Wine Tasting
If you choose this option, you'll dive into Andalusia's wine richness and enjoy three of its most important Denominaciones de Origen (Designation of Origin) wines: the D.O. Sherry, the D.O. Sierra de Málaga, and the D.O. Montilla-Moriles.
As soon as we meet at the wine bar, we'll sit down at a table and reveal the secrets of these Denominaciones de Origen wines while enjoying their aromas, texture, and of course, their flavor. Throughout the tasting, you'll sample four wines carefully selected to showcase the representative taste of each wine.
The four wines you'll taste include finos and manzanillas from the D.O. Sherry, white and red wines from the D.O. Sierra de Málaga and Ronda, and sweet wine from the D.O. Montilla-Moriles. All of this will be accompanied by four tapas that pair perfectly with these wines. Get ready to taste the flavors of Andalusia's wines!
Biologically & Oxidatively Aged Wine Tasting
If you want to enjoy a different wine tasting, this option is perfect for you. During this wine tourism experience, you'll discover the complexity and details of Andalusian wines biologically and oxidatively aged, comparing them at the same time with the Denominaciones de Origen Sherry and Montilla-Moriles wines.
The enologist will explain how wines are aged in barrels under a layer of flor, as well as in direct contact with oxygen. You'll be amazed at how the flavor and aromas of the wines change!
In this option, you'll try a selection of two biologically aged wines and two oxidatively aged wines. Plus, these delicious wines will be accompanied by four tapas that enhance their characteristics even more.
