Segway Tour of Cordoba
Cordoba Segway Tour Itinerary
Choose from two different options: a 1 or 2 hour tour. Both tours start and finish at María Cristina street in Córdoba:
1-hour tour
Before we start, we'll briefly explain how to drive the segway and we'll go over some basic rules to carry out the activity safely. After that, the most fun part will begin- time to explore the city!
We'll start our segway tour of Cordoba by heading to Tendillas square, one of the most important squares in this provincial capital. In fact, this is where the New Year's Eve chimes are traditionally celebrated. We'll cross Calle Gondomar, see the church of San Nicolás and walk through the Jardines de la Victoria towards the Almodóvar Gate, one of the entrances to the old city walls.
Of course, during the tour, we'll see the exterior of the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos also known as the Fortress of the Christian Monarchs, surround the Mosque and cross the Roman Bridge to see the Calahorra Tower up close.
2-hour tour
Would you like a longer tour? If you opt for the 2-hour tour, you'll follow a similar route to the previous one but, in addition, you'll be able to see even more areas of the city.
We'll see the church of Los Dolores, the famous sculpture of the Cristo de los Faroles, the Roman Theatre and other iconic places. We'll also have time to visit the Santa Marina quarter, the birthplace of bullfighting, and the San Basilio quarter.
