At the time you choose, we'll meet at your hotel in the centre of Cordoba and walk to the Plaza San Martin. On this central esplanade, we'll see the facades of the cathedral of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción and the Cabildo.
While we give you some tips on how to capture the best photographs, we'll continue our tour of Cordoba in the Pasaje de Santa Catalina, one of the most photogenic places in the city! The next stop will be at the Plaza del Fundador, another of the most iconic places in the historic centre.
The route will continue to the Manzana Jesuítica de Córdoba, where we'll stop in front of the facade of the church of the Compañía de Jesús. After taking the usual photo, we'll continue to immortalise this beautiful corner of the city by visiting the patio of the Historical Museum of the National University of Cordoba. Did you know that this institution of higher education is the oldest in Argentina?
From the Manzana Jesuítica, we'll take a walk to the modern Cordoba, to take photos in front of the avant-garde building of the cultural centre Paseo del Buen Pastor. In front of this original architectural complex stands the church of the Sagrado Corazón de Jesús. This religious monument, also known as the church of the Capuchins, is one of the most beautiful neo-Gothic style temples in the province of Cordoba. Those who wish can go up to the viewpoint of its bell tower to enjoy the panoramic views.
After a three-hour tour, we'll end at the Sarmiento Park viewpoint, where you can take pictures of the famous Eiffel wheel!
Meeting point
We'll start this walking tour of Cordoba from your hotel in the city centre. However, if you're staying in other more remote areas, you should go directly to the Plaza San Martín. The guide will be at the indicated time in the central monument of the square.
