On this tour from Copenhagen, we'll explore the south of Sweden visiting Malmö and Lund. You'll see everything from Scandinavia's tallest skyscraper to medieval buildings.
Malmö + Lund Tour
At the designated time, we'll meet outside the Astoria Hotel in Copenhagen to start the tour. On board the bus we cross the Øresund Bridge that connects Denmark with Sweden by sea and head towards Malmö.
After an hour's drive, we'll arrive at our destination and you'll have an hour and a half of free time to explore Malmö. We recommend you see the 16th century Malmö Castle, the old Stortorget square, and the gothic St. Peter's Church.
If you feel like exploring the more modern part of the city, why not visit the area around the Turning Torso - did you know that it has the tallest skyscraper in Scandinavia? It's 623 feet tall (190 metres)!
We'll then head to Lund, one of Sweden's oldest cities. You can take a real trip back to the Middle Ages by strolling through its narrow streets and admiring its main buildings, such as its Romanesque cathedral. In addition, Lund stands out for its University, an institution that was founded in 1666, shortly after these lands ceased to belong to Denmark.
After an hour and a half at leisure in Lund, we'll finish the 6-hour tour arriving at the starting point in Copenhagen.
Meeting Point
Please be aware that from December 30, the meeting point will be Banegårdspladsen 2.
