Copenhagen Beer Tour
Danish Beer Experience
We'll meet at 5 Colbjørnsensgade, near the iconic Copenhagen Central Station to start this Beer Walk. Ready to learn about Copenhagen's history while tasting different local and craft beers?
From this central location, we'll start exploring the area of Vesterbro, one of Copenhagen's most bohemian neighbourhoods. This area has a saucy past, being the city's former red-light district. Today, it's a very popular residential area.
Nowadays in Vesterbro, the secrets have been taken out of the sheets and into the streets! We'll for sure find out why, as we explore the lively streets and stop to sample specially curated beers. While we walk, we'll hear tales about Copenhagen's history, from World War II and the Gypsy Brewer to Danish film villains and Beer rivalries.
Over the course of the tour, you'll try 9 different beers, so approximately 1 litre per person! By the end of the experience, you'll be much more knowledgeable about Danish beer and be feeling quite a bit happier.
After 2 hours, we'll end this tour at the final pub, WarPigs, in downtown Copenhagen.
