Boat Trip on the La Plata River
Boat Trip on the La Plata River
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the Colonia del Sacramento yacht harbor. Ready to enjoy a pleasant boat trip on the La Plata River? Hop on board!
We'll start sailing through the bay of Colonia del Sacramento, an area where the Paraná and Uruguay rivers converge creating the estuary known as La Plata River.
During the crossing, you'll be able to relax on board while admiring emblematic places such as the islands of San Gabriel and Farallon. They're easily recognizable by their characteristic late 19th-century lighthouses.
We'll also see the Lopez Islands and skirt the coast of Real de San Carlos getting incredible pictures along the way. While floating peacefully along the river, you'll be able to enjoy some delicious local treats called alfajores. Yum!
After an hour of sightseeing, the boat ride on the La Plata River will come to an end back at the starting point.
