Kitulgala Rapids Rafting Activity
At 7:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Colombo. We'll then hop on a minibus and head to the town of Kitulgala. Our drive should take around 2 hours.
Once we've arrived, we'll give you a brief explanation about safety regulations and give you all the equipment you need for this activity.
When we're all ready, we'll get in the rafts and begin rafting down the Kelani River at full speed as we test our skills with the rapids.
After rafting around 3 miles (5 kilometres) downstream, we'll leave the rafts for a while and take a pleasant walk through the Kitulgala jungle. We'll head to a beautiful natural pool where you can swim and jump into the water from the rocks.
We'll then get our strength back with a delicious lunch, which will consist of a selection of local dishes.
Our activity will then come to an end and we'll take you back to your hotel in Colombo, where we should arrive at 3:30 pm.
