At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Food and Tour store to start this gastronomic experience around Civitavecchia!
First, we'll visit a local market, where we'll purchase the necessary ingredients to prepare our menu. We'll browse through the various meat, fish, fruit, and vegetable stalls to select the best quality products!
After the market tour, we'll head to a restaurant where a professional mamma chef will be waiting to show us how to prepare tasty Italian delicacies!
As we prepare traditional Italian recipes such as gnocchis, sauces, and a typical dessert, we'll learn about the importance of gastronomy to Italian culture. After cooking, we'll sit at the table to have a delicious lunch of the dishes we've prepared. Buon appetito!
The Italian cooking class will end after about 4 or 5 hours.
