At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from the Centro Comercial Shopping del Este to begin this panoramic tour of Ciudad del Este. This destination in the eastern part of Paraguay, which borders the Brazilian town of Foz de Iguazú, is sure to surprise you.
We'll begin the panoramic tour of Ciudad del Este, which is located on the banks of the Paraná River, by making our way towards the San Blas Cathedral. After observing the details on the façade, we'll continue the tour by admiring the exterior of other iconic buildings around the city such as the Eastern Mosque, the February 3 Stadium and the Palace of Justice.
The next stop will be at the old airport, and from there, we'll make our way to the Chino Chiang Kai Shek Park and El Mensú Museum, where we'll see different tools, machines and historical objects. Afterwards, we'll head to the Lake of the Republic and La Mansa Paraguay wine bar so that you can try some delicious wines.
After visiting the wine bar, we'll leave Ciudad del Este behind and make our way towards Saltos del Monday, where we'll make a 40-minute stop to take in the tranquillity of these spectacular waterfalls. Those who wish can also finish the tour by visiting the Aventura Monday Park, where you'll be able to have a go on the ziplines!
Please keep in mind that, if you decide to visit the park, you'll have to make your own way back to Ciudad del Este. If you don't wish to take part in the adventure activities, we'll return to the original meeting point. We're expected to arrive back after around 3 hours together.
