Ciudad Cortés Zip Line

At the time of your choice, we'll meet at the zip line camp located on the outskirts of Ciudad Cortés, a town in the Costa Rican canton of Osa. This area of the province of Puntarenas is known for its lush jungle landscapes - you'll soon see why!

After adjusting your helmets, harnesses and other safety equipment, the instructor will explain the rules you must respect during the experience. Once you're ready, you'll take on an exciting circuit of 11 zip lines, ranging from nearly 300 feet (91 meters) to 1,640 feet (500 meters) long.

The course also features 16 platforms, three offering views of the sea, the Térraba River and Caño Island. While you savor these beautiful landscapes from the heights, you'll slide through the treetops at high speed in an unforgettable and exhilarating experience. On one of the zip lines, you can even slide upside down! Ready to channel your inner Tarzan?

Between one platform and another, you'll have to walk for about 200 feet (60 meters), but the effort will be well worth it. As an added bonus, on two of these wooden platforms, one at 60 feet (18 meters) and the other at 300 feet (91 meters), you'll be able to practice rappelling from the treetops.

The zip line circuit, which will last three to four hours depending on your pace, will end at the base camp with a tasting of fruits, cookies and juices, the best way to recharge your batteries after this exciting experience!
