Nombre de Dios Grotto + Quinta Carolina Tour
At the selected time, we'll pick you up from your hotel. Just 15 minutes from Chihuahua by road are the impressive Nombre de Dios grottos, one of the main tourist attractions in this part of northern Mexico.
These karst caverns located under the Sacramento River formed approximately five million years ago. Once we get there, we'll go deep underground, reaching a depth of 85 meters.
Into the caves we go! We'll walk about 1330 meters admiring the fascinating geological formations created over the years by the seepage of the river. We'll pass by some of these natural sculptures, such as Don Quixote or the Tower of Pisa. What's more, we might even find an ancient dinosaur hidden among the rocks.
After an hour exploring the Nombre de Dios caves, we'll come to the surface, where a vehicle will be waiting to take us to our next destination: Quinta Carolina. We'll see the outside of one of the most beautiful architectural spots in Chihuahua
Lastly, we'll return to the meeting point after 2.5 hours together.
