At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Chiang Mai to enjoy the most famous towns in Northern Thailand on this private tour to Pai.
Along the way, we'll explore one of the most beautiful mountain passes in this part of Thailand. Did you know that this route from Chiang Mai is world-famous for its curves? It has no less than 762! So sit back, relax and enjoy the views!
Upon arrival in Pai, we'll visit the town and its valley. We'll have the opportunity to pass by the Pai Memorial Bridge. Here, we'll tell you about its function during the Second World War and why it was so important.
Then, we'll continue our journey to the impressive Pai Grand Canyon, also known as Kong Lan. This is a rocky landscape 8 kilometres (5 miles) from Pai and is ideal for hikers, as there are plenty of trails.
At midday, we'll pause for lunch to recharge our batteries. Afterwards, we'll head towards the village of Santichon. This place was colonised by the Chinese who fled Mao Tse-Tung's revolution and we'll tell you all about its history!
Next, you can take a dip in Sai Ngam. These waters, which are usually at a temperature of 80ºF (27ºC), will help you relax and rest your mind for a while. It's said that these hot springs even have therapeutic properties.
Our next stop will be to see the great statue of the white Buddha of Pai, located on the top of a hill. From there, we'll have an incredible view of the whole city.
Finally, after 12 hours of sightseeing, we'll arrive back at your hotel in Chiang Mai.
